Every bottle's flaw is cosmetic and minor by our standards, but flaws do vary from one bottle to the next. Because they're shown up front and the price reflects them, seconds are final sale, so there are no returns or exchanges simply because a flaw is more visible than you pictured. If a bottle arrives genuinely damaged, leaking or not working, that is different and fully covered.
