HOW DO YOU SHIP WITHIN INDIA?

We post across PAN India via Courier. Shipping service is dependent on order size and delivery location. Orders sent via courier will require a residential address. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery. If you have any concerns over the status of your parcel, please contact us. Every satchel parcel sent by us is trackable from lodgement to delivery. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, we will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. Investigation times vary by service, and the resolution will depend on the report findings.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Yes! We now offer a next-day local pick-up service. Pick up is available from the Baboons warehouse located in Dharapuram, Tamil Nadu, India between 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Select Pick Up during checkout, and we will provide all the necessary information in your confirmation email.
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase only under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing defects that hamper intended functionality
- Shipping-related damages
After inspecting your product, we will process your refund or exchange request.
What you need to do?
If you believe that a product was delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition, or is otherwise faulty, you should contact us via the contact form here within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, provide a return shipping label and arrange for a pickup of your order.
All goods returned for assessment under a faulty product claim must be clean and dry. Items returned wet, dirty, or otherwise unhygienic will not be processed. Proof of purchase (dated receipt) is required for all product returns and faulty/damaged claims.
What do we do next?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you if you are eligible for an exchange or refund. If eligible, we will either ship a new item directly to your address or refund the payment to your original payment method, as per your choice. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns resulting from a change of mind.
(Please note, the processing and crediting of your funds by banks and credit card companies may take some additional time).
If you wish to cancel your order (before it has been fulfilled and shipped or an order awaiting a pre-order item), a restocking fee will be charged and deducted from the transaction total refunded to you. (The restocking fee covers the administration costs incurred due to the change of mind).
While we endeavour to respond to you within 1 business day, sometimes our warehouse has already fulfilled your order as they begin packing orders at 6 am daily. We are unable to cancel those orders that have been fulfilled and dispatched.
Alternatively, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel your order and issue a gift card for the full order amount, which is valid for 3 years.
A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand that is on backorder and is in transit to us from our manufacturer. Pre-order items have an ‘estimated release date,’ which is the date given to us by the shipper for when it will arrive to us. The ‘estimated release date’ is advertised on the listing. Stock can arrive earlier or later than the ‘estimated’ date that is given. Customs and transit delays are unforeseen and unpredictable but sometimes do occur, which can delay items arriving.
Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock; the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch. If you would like your other items sent earlier, please purchase in two separate transactions.
