HOW DO I CARE FOR MY INSULATED LUNCH BAG?

We recommend unpacking your lunch bag as soon as you are finished using it and wiping the interior with a damp cloth to remove any crumbs or spills. If a spill occurs accidentally, clean it as quickly as possible.

HOW DO I WASH MY INSULATED LUNCH BAG?

Regular cleaning will extend the life of your bag by removing dirt and food particles before they grow into mold. Our lunch bags are not machine washable. Normal detergent is fine, but please don’t use fabric softeners or stain removal products, as they may discolor your bag. Do not bleach, soak, or iron.

If a regular wash doesn’t remove staining, make a paste from laundry powder and water, apply it directly to the stained area, and gently brush it in. Leave for 15-20 minutes before rinsing.

DOES THE LUNCH BAG FABRIC HAVE A COATING APPLIED TO IT?

Yes, our lunch bags have a water-resistant coating that meets our food safety standards and allows for easy cleaning and quick drying. To prevent mold growth, ensure the bag is completely dry before storing it in a well-ventilated area away from dark, damp places.

HOW DO I LABEL MY LUNCH BAG?

We recommend using a bag tag that can be clipped on to personalize your child’s bag. Do not use iron-on labels, as they can melt the aluminum lining.

CAN WATER BOTTLES FIT IN MY LUNCH BAGS?

Yes,There is a convenient water bottle holder on the side of the bag designed to fit our Baboons 350ml bottles perfectly. Other brand water bottles with a circumference up to 9 inches and height between 9 – 10 inches can fit in our lunch bags.
